Scheduling

We commend you for initiating the journey toward improved periodontal health. At West Valley Periodontics, prioritizing the health and aesthetics of your smile is fundamental to our practice.

Scheduling An Appointment

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for your initial comprehensive exam.

We value and appreciate your time and make every effort to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. With this in mind, kindly give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment in order to give others the opportunity to be seen when in need of care.

Please see the missed appointment fee policy below for more information regarding fees charged for late cancellations.

Missed Appointment Fee Policy

Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing adequate notice, it not only disrupts our schedule but also impacts the availability of care for other patients. West Valley Periodontics maintains the right to impose a fee of $50.00 for missed hygiene appointments and up to $250.00 for missed surgical appointments that are not canceled with at least 48-hours notice.

These fees will be invoiced directly to the patient and are not eligible for coverage by insurance. Payment must be settled prior to scheduling your next appointment. Repeated instances of missed appointments within a 12-month period may result in the termination of services from our practice.

We appreciate your comprehension and cooperation as we endeavor to meet the diverse needs of all our patients.
